What happens when a salesperson leaves or changes role?
Update the profile and every card already handed out shows the change. For moving cards between staff, ask us when you order.
Can our dealership logo go on the card?
The standard card carries only the silver bolt. For custom card requirements, ask through the team quote and we will tell you what is possible.
Is there a subscription?
Not for the cards: 10 cards are a one-time $195 (buy 5, get 5 free). The team workspace is free to start. Team, at $99 a month per workspace, adds the shared CRM, detailed activity and approved profile editing.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone XS or newer reads it straight from the lock screen. Android 8 or newer reads it once NFC is switched on, which most people already have.
Do they need an app?
No. Your profile opens in their phone's own browser. Nothing to install, no account to create.
What is printed on the card?
Only the silver foil bolt on matte black. Your details live on your profile, so the card never goes out of date and never needs a reprint.
How is it delivered?
Cards are hand-encoded in Melbourne and posted by regular Australia Post once they ship. Orders ship within 7 business days.
