Do staff keep their own logins?
Yes. Everyone has their own login and chooses which profiles they share with the company.
Can managers see everyone's contacts?
Members choose which profiles they share. For shared profiles, the workspace shows activity and contacts, and Team adds a CRM with assignments and follow-ups.
How many people can a workspace hold?
Up to 500 members including the owner, on both Free and Team.
Is there a subscription?
Cards are one-time. The workspace is free. Team is $99 a month per workspace, not per person.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone XS or newer reads it straight from the lock screen. Android 8 or newer reads it once NFC is switched on, which most people already have.
Do they need an app?
No. Your profile opens in their phone's own browser. Nothing to install, no account to create.
What is printed on the card?
Only the silver foil bolt on matte black. Your details live on your profile, so the card never goes out of date and never needs a reprint.
How is it delivered?
Cards are hand-encoded in Melbourne and posted by regular Australia Post once they ship. Orders ship within 7 business days.
